Spring is here and so are new colorful designs

I'm feeling spring in the air and have been working on lots of new creations, a few of which I have loaded in my Jewelry Designs and Bracelet Galleries. The two button bracelet styles were inspired by Stephanie Sersich's new book, "Designing Jewelry with Glass Beads." The double clasp bracelet is one of her projects. I've made glass button bracelets before, but I had some very pretty glass buttons I had been waiting to use on just the right project, and two buttons is so much more interesting than one!

I've also been making some greek leather bracelets with silver and glass beads, a design I came up with where the strap plays off the colors in the beads. They are very colorful and lightweight bracelets! I've started making some with simple magnetic clasps for easy wearing.

Busy with Fall Creations!

I've been busy preparing and designing my jewelry creations for fall/winter. Check out my lastest spiny in the bracelet gallery (#25) - Forever Turquoise - lots of turquoise drops and gorgeous czech glass beads.

I'm looking forward to attending the Bead Affaire in Watertown, MA this Saturday because there will be lots of talented lampwork artists selling their beads. Can't wait to see what they have!

New Designs!

Summer has been busy with graduation, college, and trip planning, but I managed to get some pictures of my latest work. Most of these items are available at The Studio in Duxbury. They bought a lot of what I had! Check out the Bracelet gallery page for my Beachcomber Collection and Curacaco Margarita!  Also check out my other Jewelry Designs page too.

I hope to do some sailing with my brother and find more treasures for my work.

New Pictures and New Links

I've added more spinys and other jewelry pictures to the Bracelet and Jewelry Designs pages. I've also added links to to some of my favorite bead artists and sites. I donated some pieces to the Duxbury Bay Maritime School Opening of the Bay on-line auction. So, if you are interested, I added the link below my Blog. Check them all out!

Coming soon . . . I'm working on having a separate page to list jewelry for sale.
